Merbau is a stylish apartment, in a newly-built urban villa, located a short walk away from the famous Stari Grad (Old Town), boasting gorgeous views across Dubrovnik and the Adriatic. All the front rooms in the apartment lead to the large balcony which runs the length of the flat giving visitors a panoramic view of the city from the fortress of Lovrjenac to Lapad bay and the islands beyond. The outdoor dining area is shaded and is perfect for watching the sun set over the stunning Adriatic Islands to the west of Dubrovnik.

Merbau consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, and another room with 2 twin sized beds. The apartment also has 2 washrooms, One with shower and the other with toilet and sink.

The living area has a sofa bed, flat screen Tv, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped.
